Information Collection & Use
Sinesco collects your email address, name, and service-related data necessary to provide individual applications and tools (legal basis: performance of a contract). Certain tools may also process platform-specific data (e.g. YouTube API data). By using YouTube integrations, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use your private content, transcripts, or logs to train public AI models.
Data Security & Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and encrypted at rest. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
Third-Party Processors & AI
Sinesco uses third-party processors strictly necessary to operate individual services. For non-AI tools such as Sinesco Time-Tracker, user data is never processed by AI systems. For AI-enabled applications, data may be processed by secure AI infrastructure providers under contractual data protection safeguards.
