Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Sinesco and its tools (including HookWave, Time-Tracker, and others), operated under the Sinesco brand by MyLittleGamer, s.r.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of YouTube integrations is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
AI Content Disclaimer
Certain Sinesco tools utilize AI technologies to generate content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using such output. Tools that do not explicitly include AI functionality (e.g. Sinesco Time-Tracker) do not apply AI processing.
User Responsibility & Intellectual Property
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the data you provide. You grant Sinesco a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the service. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to applicable copyright laws.
Service Availability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Planned maintenance or technical outages may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Use of Paddle services is subject to their Terms and Conditions.
Digital Content & Withdrawal
By initiating digital service delivery or AI processing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Sinesco services are handled by Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed according to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and at Paddle’s sole discretion. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, legal violations, or breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
Service Integrity & Security
To ensure a safe and stable environment for all users, we implement automated systems to detect and prevent irregular activities. We reserve the right to limit access or terminate accounts that exhibit patterns of systematic misuse or activities that threaten the operational stability of the service.
Users found to be engaging in activities that cause intentional disruption or incur unnecessary administrative costs may be held liable for associated fees and damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI).
