By accessing or using any websites, applications, tools, products, or services provided by Sinesco s.r.o. ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Services are intended for use by businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals acting within the scope of their trade, business, or profession. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are doing so in such capacity.
Use of YouTube integrations is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Certain Services may include features powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies (“AI Features”) that generate or assist in generating content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. Services without explicitly stated AI Features do not use AI technologies to process or generate user-facing content.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the data you provide. You grant Sinesco a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the service. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to applicable copyright laws.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Planned maintenance or technical outages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Use of Paddle services is subject to their Terms and Conditions.
By initiating digital service delivery or AI processing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds for Sinesco services are handled by Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. All refunds are processed according to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and at Paddle’s sole discretion. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, legal violations, or breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
To ensure a safe and stable environment for all users, we implement automated systems to detect and prevent irregular activities. We reserve the right to limit access or terminate accounts that exhibit patterns of systematic misuse or activities that threaten the operational stability of the service.
Users found to be engaging in activities that cause intentional disruption or incur unnecessary administrative costs may be held liable for associated fees and damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
